By creating an account or using toolsocket.top, its API or MCP server ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.

The Service

ToolSocket routes requests from you or your AI agents to third-party data tools and returns the results. Tool availability, accuracy and response times depend on upstream providers and are not guaranteed.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Keep keys secret and revoke any that may be exposed.

Balance and payments

• Paid tools are charged per call from your prepaid balance at the price shown in the catalog.
• Each top-up includes a USD 0.50 processing fee, paid through Stripe.
• A call that fails at the upstream (error or timeout) is refunded automatically. A call that completes but returns no matching data is still charged.
• Balances are non-transferable and, except where required by law, non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You will not use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass people, or collect personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws or the terms of the source platforms. You will not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or bypass limits of the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
