ToolSocket is a remote MCP server: one endpoint, 660+ data tools (TikTok, Douyin, Instagram, YouTube, X, Reddit, Weibo, Bilibili, weather, GitHub, Wikipedia…). Your agent searches the catalog, inspects a tool, and runs it — paid per call from one prepaid balance.

Two ways to authenticate. OAuth (recommended): the client opens a ToolSocket sign-in page, you click Allow, done. API key: create one in the Console and send it as Authorization: Bearer ts_live_…. Both spend the same account balance. Free tools cost nothing; paid tools need a balance — top up in the Console.

两种认证方式。OAuth（推荐）：客户端会打开 ToolSocket 登录页，点「允许」即可。API Key：在控制台创建，然后以 Authorization: Bearer ts_live_… 请求头发送。两种方式扣的是同一个账户余额。免费工具不花钱；付费工具需要余额，请在控制台充值。

Connect a client接入客户端

Claude.ai / Claude Desktop OAuth

1. Open Settings → Connectors and click Add custom connector.
2. Name: ToolSocket, URL: https://toolsocket.top/mcp → Add.
3. Click Connect, sign in to ToolSocket (Google, GitHub or email) and click Allow.
4. In a chat, enable the ToolSocket connector from the tools menu and ask, e.g. “What's trending on Douyin right now?”

Custom connectors are available on Claude's paid plans; on Team/Enterprise an owner may need to add it for the organization first.

自定义连接器需要 Claude 付费套餐；Team / Enterprise 可能需要管理员先在组织里添加。

ChatGPT OAuth

1. In Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
2. Back in Apps & Connectors, click Create. MCP server URL: https://toolsocket.top/mcp, Authentication: OAuth.
3. Sign in to ToolSocket and click Allow. Then enable the connector in a chat.

Cursor OAuth API key

Add to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or .cursor/mcp.json in a project). Without headers, Cursor will offer to sign in with OAuth.

写入 ~/.cursor/mcp.json（或项目里的 .cursor/mcp.json）。不写 headers 时，Cursor 会提示用 OAuth 登录。

Pricing & limits价格与限制

• Every tool shows its per-call price up front. Social-platform data is mostly $0.0015 per call; open-data tools are free.
• Prepaid balance via Stripe; each top-up adds a processing fee of $0.50 + 5%. No subscription.
• Vendor errors and timeouts are refunded automatically.
• Set a daily spend limit, and per-key spend limits, in the Console.
• Rate limits: 60 runs/min per account or key, 30/min per IP without one.

• 每个工具都明码标价。社媒数据大多 $0.0015/次，开放数据工具免费。
• 通过 Stripe 预充值，每次充值收取 $0.50 + 5% 手续费，没有订阅。
• 上游报错或超时自动退款。
